If you need your order in a hurry, we want to do what we can to help.

Although we are very prompt in processing and shipping orders that are placed using our ground shipping services, we realize that sometimes you might need your order even faster. We will be glad to ship your order by UPS Express. Use the form below to selected your desired service type and preferred courier.

Our online cart is unable to calculate express shipping costs since every order has can be a unique combination of items, weights, package sizes, etc. We will always attempt to pack each shipment as cost efficiently and securely as possible to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. However, with all of our efforts, sometimes express shipping can become expensive. You are welcome to call us for an estimate at 1-800-773-8832. We may not be able to provide an immediate quote, which could delay your shipment.

Note: While most service types are available to most areas, some services may not be available in some rural areas. The most common service exclusions include no Saturday service, no standard express service, or priorty service not guaranteed by 10:30am. We will not be aware if any of these situation applies to your order until we are labeling your package. If you want to check with UPS regarding the services for your area before placing your order, please call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) and provide the agent with our shipping Zip Code of 19709 and your destination Zip Code. They will be able to determine if there are any service limitations.

You can also provide your own UPS account number if you have one. If not, leave the account number blank and we will charge your credit card for the actual published courier charge after your order has shipped.

By including "Express Shipping" to your order, you agree to assume all responsibility for the courier costs. This includes authorization for GreatBigStuff to charge your credit card for the shipping fees at the courier's published rate if you have not provided a courier account number or if the account number provided is subsequently rejected by the courier.
